Zalando Benefits
For Zalando Customer Benefits, we developed a global campaign around one familiar setting: the elevator. Its limited space gave the idea a clear structure, while different characters, products and benefit stories could enter, interact and exit.
Directed by Max Siedentopf and produced by Division, the hero films established the visual language. The elevator stays constant while the situations inside it change, creating a simple format able to hold a wide range of messages.
A second series of films, directed by Bob Jeusette, adapted the idea for social. Shorter, faster and more immediate, they use a different pace while keeping the same setting and logic.
The campaign was built as a toolkit for international use. Local markets and creators could change products, talent and messages while keeping the elevator as the recognisable framework. A single setting became a practical system for a global campaign.
